Return & Exchange Policy

At Grover Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards.


No Return & No Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once sold.

  • This policy applies to all cosmetic, skincare, makeup, and personal care items.

  • Products once opened, used, or delivered cannot be resold or reused, making them ineligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

We only assist in case of:

  • Damaged products received, or

  • Incorrect product delivered

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the package and product must be shared

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

After verification, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
No refunds will be issued.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed or dispatched cannot be cancelled

  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be entertained


Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects

  • Allergic reactions are subjective; customers are advised to perform a patch test before use

  • Grover Cosmetics is not responsible for reactions due to misuse or allergies
