Products once opened, used, or delivered cannot be resold or reused, making them ineligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We only assist in case of:

Damaged products received, or

Incorrect product delivered
Conditions:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the package and product must be shared

The product must be unused and in original packaging
After verification, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
No refunds will be issued.
Order Cancellation

Orders once confirmed or dispatched cannot be cancelled

Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be entertained
